CFC PAKISTAN

Community Awareness Meeting

Community Awareness Meetings are a critical component of CFC’s community involvement initiatives. These weekly sessions give an open venue for people of the community to express their problems and suggestions while getting health education from CFC’s community doctor and mobilizer. The sessions are held at the homes of various people in the community, allowing for a more personal engagement among the community and CFC employees. The sessions are separated to provide women an unrestricted space for debate. The discussions will also cover topics such as the social and economic challenges that inhabitants of Mohammadi Colony confront. CFC intends to utilize this forum to initiate the formation of Community-Based Organisations (CBOs).

The significance of these gatherings is that they create a forum for open debate and encourage community engagement in tackling health and social concerns. The meetings aid in the development of trust and connections between members of the community and CFC personnel, leading to a more creative and successful approach to solving community problems. CFC aspires to build a sustainable paradigm for community growth that will assist the people of Mohammadi Colony as well as others by enabling the local population through education and involvement.
